Advantages: Great location, comfortable rooms Disadvantages: Not many facilities
The director of the hotel himself describes the Husa Meson Castilla as 'a simple two star hotel, but for those who are watching their budget, it is not only moderately priced, but also well located and offers an old-world ambience'. I would agree whole heartedly with this statement, but don't be put off by the lack of more stars. As you may know, stars are awarded for facilities in a hotel and not the standard of the rooms, etc. Whilst this hotel doesn't have masses of facilities, it does offer better-than-average comfort at very affordable prices.

The location is perfect. Just down a well-lit and fairly buzzing side street off the Ramblas, it's a mere five minute walk to the centre of the action. The nearest underground train station is at the top of the Ramblas (probably an extra two minutes walk) and is called ...
Advantages: Orange taste is nice. Disadvantages: Combination of flavours doesn't work. Poor quality chocolate and lack of smell.
Wandering round my local discount shop as I tend do in the day before paydays bout of poverty I come across the Kit Kat Seville Edition. I have never been a big fan of Nestle chocolate and tend to find it all a little bit sickly sweet but the Kit Kat Seville edition promised, "An explosion of flavour in every bite". A heady claim methinks but a picture of oranges and the inside of a chocolate covered wafer oozing with caramelised orange swayed me (that and the fact it was twenty pence rather than thirty-five).
Wrapped it looks like an orange Kit Kat Chunky and is around the same size. As I peel open the wrapper I reveal a slab of chocolate that looks precisely like a Kit Kat Chunky, thick and brick like but generously sized. I am disappointed at a complete lack of smell. Considering the claims of flavour explosions I was ...
Advantages: Totally YUMMY!!!! Disadvantages: Too expensive for everyday!!
think about my holiday’ sort of way.
I think it was about £1.20 for 275ml – which for one portion of drink I thought was a little expensive – but worth it under the circumstances.
It has a metal cap, which you need a bottle opener for. Once opened, a very strong orange smell hits you, but not the usual plastic type smell – it was a very natural yummy sort of orange smell, and once poured the taste lived up to the smell.
Very tangy, very tasty and most acceptable!!
I don’t particularly like very strong orange tastes, as they are often synthetic, this is a definite winner, clearly made with Seville Oranges with not many additives (If any?).
As I had to stay in during my starving (near a loo!) I wished I had bought a couple more. However, I don’t think at £1.20 I would buy the drink every week ...
