We stayed at this hotel in June 2006. We were allocated a room on a high floor (10th), as requested, with a view out to the street. Room was fairly small (typical for a city centre) but clean and comfortable, having been recently refurbished. The rooftop terrace/bar is a bonus during the summer - a peaceful escape from the city and the view of the Empire State building adds to its attraction The included breakfast is excellent and tea, coffee, etc on tap all day is also very welcome. . Hotel location is excellent - within easy walking distance of all central attractions but just far enough away to escape the 24-hour madness of Times Square. Also within easy walking distance of Penn Station if you are travelling by train. We would recommend.
