Worthwhile especially if you have already been to the area before.
If you want you can use Miami as your gateway to the south of Florida. You can take a trip to the Keys and ride a glass bottom boat - a warning to you all. Don't go on straight after lunch. I learnt the hard way!
Miami is a great place to visit if you want to take a break from all of the theme parks. A different pace of life for a couple of days can leave you feeling refreshed and ready for more action.
