Advantages: Some interesting locations Disadvantages: Quality of coffee, panini and staff
...The following is a verbatim copy of a recent email sent to Caffe Nero to which I neither received confirmation or response:
My wife and I have been great fans of Caffe Nero since you opened and would go out of our way to search out a bar however, this year we have been made increasingly aware of reduced quality and a questionable marketing direction.

Advantages: Clean, Posh, Wonderful Disadvantages: only that I can't live there :0(
...I loved this hotel, so much in fact, we're going back for our first wedding anniversary in four weeks!
The building was fabulous to look at and we even walked a little in the well tended and spacious grounds.
The staff were professional and courteous and nothing was too much trouble, silly things like asking for more milk for our room and half an hour later when we got back to our room it was there by the bucket full!
The Orangerie bar was such a wonderful place to sit, sipping strawberry cocktails and Guinness all evening long, absolute heaven :0)
Our room was a business class suite and had a balcony, that was a beautiful place to start the day with a good sized typical irish breakfast.
Can't wait to get back there :0)...
