I have just arrived back from a long weekend in London and I was not impressed with this hotel. The pictures depict this hotel as being very grand, but I'm not entirely sure these pictures are of this hotel. Disadvantages: renovation work is being carried out at the moment, and although it definitely needs it, I wasn't informed of this at the time of my booking. Our first room was extremely small and was not 4* material. I was grateful that the cold ... ...change rooms. The second room was much bigger and we had a lovely view of the air conditioning system, which ironically, didn't actually work in our room. With the mini-bar not being restocked daily and the terrible room service menu - there was a very limited choice available - take my advice and stock up on drinks and food. Advantages: the staff are all extremely helpful and the celebrity chef, Brian Turner, has his own restaurant in this hotel. ...
