The Millennium City shopping centre is part of the development of the Handelskai area and it has a large selection of shops. However these shops are mainly parts of chains, such as Libro, Palmers and similar companies, and as such do not offer a new shopping experience, or any particular reason to make a detour out of the city centre to go there. The Millennium tower itself is worth going up, at sunset, although you'll need to know someone working there as the security is pretty strict. From the 33rd floor you get a great view of the city.
