ming tombs are very great.i advice you to pay a visit. there are 13 tombs there buried with 13 kings of ming dynasty and their wifes.when you enter the main gate of the tomb groups,you will find the environment is very pretty,after reparied,it is about 50 kilometer from beijing,cover about 120 kilosquare.the tombs are covered by the big pinasters,cypresses,arrounding the tommbs are mountains,look very great.above the tombs there are also many chinese traditional buildings,some of them made of wood,bricks.many stones with chinese handwrites on the ground.two main tombs of the 13 tombs are 'chang tomb' built in 1413 year,' ding tomb' buit in 1584-1590 year which is found underground.most of chinese kings' tombs is built undergroud, and built many palace abouve the tomb as if they live. it took me about 1 day to finish this visit.
