For the cheap rates the room was just what can be expected and fulfilled all our needs. The bathroom was immaculate and newly refurbished with up to date shower and towel rack. The wardrobe space is adequate for two girls for a week but any longer and we would have been struggling.
THe location of this hotel is good and about 30 mins walk from the eiffel tower. We found the eiffel tower by simply looking for it and following, However sometimes we caught the metro into the centre. The nearest metro station is just a 5min walk up the street and it costs 1.60 euros for a one way ticket. Maps for the metro and streets can be found in the hotel reception. Another good point about the hotel is the free internet it provided. This is available 24 hours a day and is rarely occupied.
Breakfast is lovely, simple with croissaints, pastries, tea and coffee but satisfying. Staff are very responsive at breakfast too!
There is one terrible point i would like to mention about this hotel, It did not happen to me but throughout our stay various members of my group had items go missing from rooms. Nothing of great value just little things but reception denied everything. My room mate had a lipgloss stolen and others had phone chargers, hairbrushes and make up go missing. However, the holiday was so great it didnt ruin it for anybody.
