The reception/lobby is not a huge place but has all you need. They have a big shelves with lots of maps/guides. The lady at the desk was friendly. After checking us in, she even helped us with our last minute booking on a day ... ...European hotel I've been to, there is only one very small lift which can only fit in about 2 persons, provided both are small. Fortunately, both of us are quite small and we had small suitcases, we could both go up at the same time.
The room is nicely decorated and it's equipped with all the facilities such as hair dryer, coffee making facilities.

As with many of the European hotel I've been to, there is only one very small lift which can only fit in about 2 persons, provided both are small. Fortunately, both of us are quite small and we had small suitcases, we could both go up at the same time.
The room is nicely decorated and it's equipped with all the facilities such as hair dryer, coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is included in the price and full English style is available, apart from the typical continental breakfast. The service was good and the staff were polite.
Next time when I visit Munich, I will definitely choose this hotel again for its location and the price is also quite reasonable. It's a hotel suitable for travellers and you do not have to worry about going back at night as it's so conveniently located and make good use of your time to explore the historical city.
