Advantages: A Bed, Good staff, Read on ........ Disadvantages: Food & Drink
Well, when I visited Milan in February, we booked to stay in Hotel Adam about 4 weeks before we went.
We got an offer on the accomodation and paid only £97 for 2 people for 3 nights which I thought was fantastic as this is a 4* hotel.
There weren't many pictures of the hotel and I couldn't find a lot of information on it, we didn't know what to expect - but not a lot for that cost!
The address of the Hotel is
Via Palmanova 153
Milan, 20132
Italy
The hotel is 6km from the city centre and 4km from Linate airport, we flew to Bergamo airport and it's not that much of a hassle getting from there either.
To get to this hotel all you need to do is get onto the metro on the green line and get off at the stop named Crescenzago.
From thios metro stop you can see the Hotel. All you have to do is to follow the walkway under ...
Advantages: Centre of the Strip, 1st class hotel Disadvantages: 1st class hotel, mean's paying 1st class prices
Me and my partner were flying out to Las Vegas to get married so we wanted to stay somewhere that wouldn't spoil the holiday by being cheap and tacky but also not too posh so that we would feel out of place.
Reading other reviews about all the hotels we found that the Mirage was right in the middle of the Strip and was one of the first super hotels.
So after having it all booked up, it was time to see what the hotel had to offer.
We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel and when the tax dropped us off, we were greeted by the Bell boys who told us that they would sort our luggage out for us and it would be up to our room in no time.
This was great as it meant we didnt need to cart our heavy suitcases all around the hotel to our rooms.
Checking in was nice and smooth. The staff were really helpful.
We had a choice ...
Advantages: Centre Strip - Close to all the action Disadvantages: Centre Strip - really busy
of easy chairs and a writing bureau gave it an aire of being a suite. There was no noise from the exploding volcano, unless we opened the window, which did a couple of times just to breath in the atmosphere, its such a great place.
The reasturants at the Mirage were always busy and expensive, and not always that tidy. We found it much better to go and look around, there are loads and loads of restuarants/cafes around with much better value and a lot less busy.
The gaming tables and poker tables were always busy and a bit more expensive than some of the other hotels.
The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful, as were the croupiers.
It was always so busy, we didn't spend much time in the casino, prefering to get out and about to some of the other resorts. It was handy being centre strip though as it meant we could ...
