I recently arrived back from my Holiday to Mallorca. I enjoyed it in all and everything but it did'nt get off to a good start. This was all because of the Air line we were travelling with. As you may know about 4-5 weeks ago the main air traffic control computers broke down delaying flights all over Europe. This was know fault of Monarch but we were told nothing. first we were delayed at Birmingham and then after being there for 4 hours we were not told that we would be transfered to Gatwick anfd then we waited abour another 5 hours at Gatwick. We did finally make it to our destination but we missed a whole day of our holiday. We were also not told where to go when we got into Gatwick and so we were waiting for about an hour just standing around. The only compensation we were offered was 4 pound food vouchers and even Harry Ramstans fish and chips ranged from 5-6 pounds. So i would never recommend these to fly with because the way you are treated by the staff. 1/5

Advantages: Good legroom, Surprisingly good inflight meals, wide selection of entertainment, friendly crew Disadvantages: As flying in Premium I went into Economy and it looked cramped, although I can not properly say!!!

Advantages: Quality of British Airways!, Great on-board service!. Disadvantages: Pretty expensive as only recognised airline company which flies to Gibraltar!
