We made bookings with Monarch Airlines today from Manchester to Gibraltar on their scheduled flights for next Summer through their website.
Really pleased that you can prebook actual seat numbers when making the booking which save s the normal bun fight when travelling on some of the low cost carriers, when you might end up sitting in different parts of the plane.
No extra charge was made for this, you could pay more for extra legroom seats but knowing we had seats together near the front of the plane is great. There was even an option to book exit row seats, so long as travellers were over 16 for those rows.
We flew with them a few months ago and were happy with the service, flights on time and friendly crew. We didn't see at that time that you could prebook the seats.
