ClubAlbufeira is ideal for a family holiday being safe and fun for children.Portuguese law prohibits dogs on the Club and the pools in Summer time have lifeguard supervision.
We were lucky enough to have had a south facing apartment enabling us to stay with the sun on our balcony, whilst others were in the shadows of the evening.
Our apartment was really something special -spacious,clean and luxurious.Just about everything we needed was there-towels,duvets,all the pots and pans etc we could ever need.The owner told us that this would be the case -just bring your toothbrush,beach towels and slippers he said.
Renting a car was not essential as the ClubAlbufeira provided a free shuttle bus four times daily to the Old Town Albufeira with its beautiful beaches. We did rent one however for a few days of our holiday to visit some ...

I have stayed at this hotel now on two occasions and would go again any time.
Its a pretty basic hotel but comfortable and the staff are very friendly and take great pride in there work, especially it has to be said, the cleaning staff. Mind you, the pool cleaner does seem to take an age as well, wonder if he is on an hourly rate?
Definately would advise hiring a fridge for your room from the hotel.
My only bad thing to say about the hotel is the driveway. Not bad at first but it is quite a trek after a few days.
Access to the beach is straight off the hotel grounds. Not so many bumsters this year.( A quick guide to them after ).
I've always found the weather to be great in November/December. Hot during the day and comfortable at night.
As for Kololi. The restauarants basically are selling the same deal in food or drink ...

for everyone no matter your preference. I've never been able to beat the holidays that I had at Hillside BeachClub. The hotel is set in a gorgeous little cove that is just a few minutes drive from fethiye. There is only one way into this hotel so the seclusion is very relaxing and uninterrupted by traffic, as well as feeling extremely safe. The view from every hotel room is spectacular - very romantic! There were lots of young couples around when I went a few years ago, so its clearly perfect for a getaway. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help. The price for this hotel is quite steep however, I would definately be willing to pay that amount for this product, if not more. ...
