Although the hotel was fully booked we never really felt as though we were packed in. The hotel and it's grounds are very spacious.
There are numerous restaurants on site all with a very ... ...entertainment too at various bars on site.
There are serval pools too, one is a noisy pool where children can play volleyball and generally make a noise and there is another that is a quiet pool where children are encouraged to been seen and not heard. One thing though, children (or anyone for that matter) are not allowed to wear a t-shirt in the pool. So make sure you take high factor sun protection.

There is also a childrens play area (away from the pool), a kids club, tennis and a gym.
Downtown is a short Tok Tok ride away, £20 Egyptian about £2.20 Sterling. There are more restaurants and bars there, also a supermarket, some gift shops and a chemist. For something a bit more classy and the same price in a Tok Tok I would recommend going a little further to the Marina.
The beach at this hotel isn't very good. Very rocky and not so much sand as grit. The water is shallow for maybe 3/4 of a kilometer (good for the children) then there is a bit of coral and it gets deeper. To snorkell I would say either go on one of the boat trips or take a Tok Tok to Mangroovy Beach, just past the Marina where there is a little bit of snorkelling around the the sea grass but nothing spectacular.
Advantages: Everything, staff, ammenities, bars, restaraunts, service, pools, cleanliness Disadvantages: there are none other than expense!
When I first got told I was travelling to Egypt, I was reluctant, I had heard many stories of the people being rude and pushy.
However, when I first arrived at this hotel, all these perceptions I had made for myself totally disapeared.
I was welcomed really well, shown to my room and my luggage was all sorted out for me. Staff were all extremley helpful, kind, resourceful and polite. They made my stay in the hotel completley mindblowing and the ... ...had never had before. I was so satisfied by the way staff treated guests.
The hotel itself was beautiful, stylish, clean and more facilities than what I could use in my 10 day stay! It has many ammenities; 2 pools with plently of sunloungers, bars, reastaraunts, internet access, dive centre, shops, entertainment and many beautiful views!
The hotel has it's own spa aswell, which I visited. And was very satisfied with the treatment I recieved, and ...
