Given the cracking deal I got for two weeks staying at this hotel, I had my doubs about the kind of quality I could expect from this hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised and certainly came away from my holiday feeling I had value for money.
The hotel is set in lovely grounds, and is well maintained. My room had a pool/ocean view and I never tired of looking out towards Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
The fantastic weather ... ...to be friendly and the reef a mere five paces from our sunlounger meant that we could literally go snorkelling whenever we liked. It was great.
Food is a bit bland, but check out the other three restaurants for more choice.
The Hilton is next door and offers a wider selection of shops, bars and a pharmacy if required. ... more

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff fantastic and the food varied, hot and tasty.
Have been to lots of different places and this was definately one of my favourite!
Location is a little isolated, but if you want a relaxing break in the sun you won't find much better.
We travelled with extended family, so aged from 6months to late 60's and we all thought it was fabulous with something for everyone. ...

Quick review of Movenpick Resort, Taba
it looks good, it's in a great position but that's all it has going for it.
The place is filthy and beaucratically run, just getting a drink was a problem. Not enough sunbeds, scummy pool, rubbish all over the place, food was dire, people getting ill and lots of loud pumping music.
It was not chilled out, chic or worth the money we spent on it
want to go to Taba then do so but avoid this place like the plague ...
