The Mud Cafe can be found next to BirminghamUniversity on the Bristol road in Selly Oak. There is a big student population in this area and this cafe is a great meeting place at lunch or after studies. All the dishes are mainly italian and are cooked fresh as ordered. The prices are cheap and the surroundings are clean and modern. You can sit and watch the world go by in comfortable surroundings or you could watch your food being made as the kitchens are open and can be seen throughout the cafe. The portions are good and plenty of choice. The owners know there stuff and can get your meal to you in minutes! Well worth a visit, even if you arn't a student.
