The Gold Museum is Bogota's best known museum but though it has a nice central location AND its own Transmilenio stop, it doesn't look like much from the outside. While other museums here are housed in former palaces, or at the very least nice colonial houses, this one barely stands out from the surrounding office blocks and government buildings.
