This museum was in the time of Spanish domination, the Inquisition, the place that having judgement named "Auto de fe" for faith themes like some doubts of God, the holy Trinity, Virgin Mary, etc with jail pains, tortures, etc since XVI century ending to 1820 more or less, because it had more abuse with faith, political things of this days that I don't know, etc. With The Republic it was the Sanate session place at the begining of it, after the begging of the XX Century when they passed to the Diputies Congress place turn this place in the actual Inquisitor's Museum with a terribles scenes, how was the judges how was the torture and a Jesuscrito's statue with its moving who said Yes, he or she was culprit or "he or she wasn't and how was it. This museum is having a second part that is for Sanete and Congress Session, how was it operation and more of this legal things. After the 1993 Peruvian Constitution and actual, it was administrated by the Senate, now with the actual constitution it was administrated by the Congress in general, because ther's no Sanate and Diputies in a Legislative Power of the Peruvian State
