For one who has travelled throughout Europe by coach, including a 26 hour journey to former Yugoslavia, I was expecting my four and a half hour flight to Tenerife to be much more comfortable journey. How wrong I was!
The tickets were booked by my partner's parents, so although I am not aware of the exact price that was paid for the tickets I know that they were fairly cheap in comparison to other airlines, although still more expensive than budget airline competitors such as EasyJet. However, the journey was certainly not cheerful! The seats were extremely cramped, with even less leg room than on most coaches that I had travelled on. The air conditioning system was poor, so I spent most of the journey trying to fan myself down with the in-flight brochure whilst trying to avoid hitting the person sitting next to me (or should I say, on top of me?!) in the face.
The in-flight 'entertainment ' was also poor. On the outbound journey, half of the radio stations did not work, which was highly annoying as I had just paid £3.50 for a set of earphones and if I had been made aware of that I wouldn't have wasted my money. On the return journey, the film had to be stopped numerous times as the sound quality kept dying and the picture kept cutting out. Although I wasn't watching the film myself, I can appreciate how annoying it must have been for people who were, especially young children and their poor parents who must have been going through a nightmare trying to get their children to stay entertained. Also, due to the faulty TV screen I could not read the in-flight information, such as flight duration remaining and current location.
The staff were pleasant enough, although one of the members doing the safety demonstration made a mistake and proceeded to laugh aloud, thus suggesting that they aren't quite as professional as other airlines.
Meals weren't included in the flight price and cost £10 extra. Since I find all plane food revolting, I opted out of this pricey meal and took a packed lunch instead.
In conclusion, I would definitely not recommend travelling with MyTravel, unless it's an extremely short flight. It might be cheaper than standard airlines but there are other budget airlines which charge similar prices but provide a much better overall service.

Due to travel with these shortly for the first time, as they were around half the price of the competition for summer flights to Spain, thankfully we have paid the additional charge to reserve extra leg room seats and only have a short flight, sounds like a good thing. Surprised they have in flight entertainment (whether it works or not) none of the other budget airlines do.

Am a bit confused as to whether this was a plane or a coach!! Long distances in either really don't do it for me either. Sorry you didn't enjoy it!! xx
