This has to be the worst plane i have been on. I know how the battery chickens must feel now i had no room at all, as soon as i sat down i had metal from the mag holder sticking in my legs, i have no idea why they would use metal and not rope. The flight home they had no dutyfree, you are ment to fill in a order form on your flight out so when you return the dutyfree will be on your seat for you. this didnt happen. i would say pay a little more if you would like good service and a better plane. This was a economy flight to bulgaria. I must point out we went with this airline because it was the cheapest so you could say we got what we paid for(just under £800 return 4 people). You can pick if you would like to pay for meals we didnt pay saving £12 each so i cant comment on the food sorry. On the return our friend had a window seat and the internal window was coming out we told the flight attendant she just give us a shug and left our friend very scared, a little "it will be OK" would have been nice.
These really do sound terrible, especially the window part, terrifying! Welcome to Ciao - a good start but more information on the company itself will get you higher ratings x

Hmml although only a little bit better it is better none-the-less. What might benefit you is reading the other reviews on this flight, it will give you an idea of what to include. If all else fails, just ask - this is a very friendly community and almost everyone will help!
