As we were travelling long haul and with no guarantee of seat back tv's or extra legroom in economy we decided to upgrade to Premiar Gold - and we were so glad we did. We felt like VIP's!
On arrival at our departure airport it was great going to the dedicated check in with no queue at all. The staff were friendly and efficient and in no time at all we were in the departure loung. When it was time to board, we boarded the plane first and were given a drink while everyone else was still boarding. We had ample legroom and it was great having our own seat back tv complete with camera viewing and map.
The staff were very friendly and our meal was really good. Drinks were plentiful and the staff kept coming round with magazines and newspapers and also informing us that they had plenty of snacks on board including packets of biscuits, pot noodles, crispts and nuts and all we had to do was ask. They also brought ice cream to have during the films. When we arrived, we were allowed off the plane first before economy passengers which was good.
On our return, we had a dedicated check in also, and also priority baggage collection which meant we were away while everyone else was still waiting for their luggage.
I would definitely fly Premiar Gold again.
