I was hearing a lot of bad things about My Travel before we eventually booked to fly with them. We were quite pleasently surprised. Compared to other airlines, we had more leg room and the seats were more comfortable than we had experienced before. The food was okay and the staff were constantly on their feet pushing trolleys up and down which seemed to pass the time. I am a very nervous flyer, but I felt a lot safer due to the regular updates by the Captain and the constant service being provided. Boarding was very quick and we made up time on the flight so we landed early. I have recommended them to other friends and family already. The inflight entertainment was also good if you wanted it. The reason we booked our flight with them in the first place, was due to departure times, local airport availability and price. They were the cheapest but I don't think we got any less for our money than if we had used anyone else.
