Vax - rewriting the definition of "deluxe"

Advantages: It cleans what it is supposed to
Disadvantages: Poor design and quality

I've owned this carpet cleaner with upholstery attachment for nearly exactly two years, when purchased it was on offer at £69.99, currently £81.74 (RRP £149.99)at amazon. The first and probably most important thing I would say about this cleaner is don't pay £149.99 or you may be disappointed. At a lower price this cleaner was a good alternative to me to hiring a carpet cleaner - at the time I was moving out of a rental house and into my own house and so wanted to clean all the carptets myself, and this as I shall explain, the cleaner was able to do successfully, though I have a few reservations about this product, even at a lower price. Scrabble Deluxe

Advantages: Easier and more practical to play
Disadvantages: More pricey than standard board

Having had the original version of scrabble before, with it being well worn, I bought the scrabble deluxe version after seeing it on offer a while back on the internet. Although it is the same letter game, where making words for points dependent on the respective values, the board and contents itself are different. The board instead of being green, is a red and burgundy colour. All the bonus, 'triple word', 'double word' etc are in the same place, however, there is one slight change to the top of the board. In between each square on the board, is a thin metal 'barrier' which helps to divide the board. If you have played the original scrabble game before, you will know how frustrating when you move the board for another player to see, and the letter squares become shifted and move from the original position. Review of Scrabble Deluxe

Not so Deluxe...

Advantages: Situated in a nice area, really friendly staff, basic apartment
Disadvantages: Nothing too special about it, wouldn't go back.

I booked up with Thomson to go to Turkey from London Stansted to Dalaman and to stay at Samira Deluxe Apartment with my other half. It cost us about £750 altogether for one week at the end of June, which I think is OK for a holiday these days. The apartments are 2 hours drive away from Dalaman airport, which some people think is quite a long time; but it didn't seem too long because we were just so tired as we landed at about 1am. We got to the apartments at about 3am. Walking into the reception; it was horrible. Everywhere was covered in moths because they kept all the doors open and all the lights on. They were absolutely everywhere. We were shown to our room and found that we had twin beds that couldn't be moved together and we were both too tired to complain about it, so we both went to bed.
