I normally cover the CDW with my Mastercard, but on this occasional was told that had to take their insurance as part of the car deal. Took car, returned unmarked and full of fuel, but returned out of hours. Bill received 2 days later for 500quid for severe imapct damage to front of car. Car parked in front of National security camera - claimed they had no images (after months of promises that they would check the tapes). Asked for photos showing proof of damage - promised these, and then advised couldn't have them. Spoke to garage fixing car and they advised that the damage could have been hidden behind the bumper, which would mean it would have been absolutely impossible for a customer to identify the problem when checking the car over. Don't trust National, and will never use them again, and will make sure that my companies never book through national. One star for general quality of cars.
