The best place for Chinese food - India!

Advantages: Fantastic food, sublime service
Disadvantages: Expensive by local standards

Zen is one of my favourite restaurants even though I can generally only eat there once or twice every year or two. 'If it's so great, how come you don't go more often?', you may be thinking. That's simple, Zen is in New Delhi and I'm not. But if I were, I'd be there so often they'd have to give me a discount for my loyalty. And since it's now only two and a half weeks until we fly off to India, my thoughts are (sad I know) already turning to thinking ...

Bercos Restaurant in New Delhi

Advantages: good food,cheap
Disadvantages: none

Think of Thai,Mexican and Chinese food and everyone in Delhi will tell you to head to one place and that is Bercos. This chain of restaurants is located at aorund 10 places in Delhi including C.P,Janakpuri and PitamPura. It offers a huge variety in terms of Thai and Mexican cuisine. The Chinese,too, is pretty good. My favourites include the chicken drumsticks and the crispy fried vegetables. The soups are also very good and I'd recommend the Wanton ...

The price feature is the main advantage cause all this heavenly food does not burn a hole in your pocket. A meal for two will cost you around 500 which is fairly decent.
