Advantages: Hugh Jackman takes the lead. The broadway atmosphere just adds to the experience and the quality was outstanding
Disadvantages: I was at the back of the theatre, not close enough to see clearly

Advantages: great atmosphere
Disadvantages: smaller than i thought

I was here in March and seen Chicago. The show was brilliant and I would definately recommend people to see it however I am a fan of the film so I am biased! They are celebrating 10 years of broadway and have won 6 Tony Awards. The theatre is situated on 219 West 49th Street which is between Broadway & 8th Avenue. As we were staying near Times Square we just walked to the theatre and it only took us about 5 minutes. You could get easy access to this ...
...The show lasted about 2 and half hours with a 15minute intermission half way through which you just had time to get to the toilet if needed after standing in a queue for ages. I went during the weekend and the theatre was packed out with impatient people trying to get in to find their seats.On the way out it was the same process with people pushing and shoving. Advantages: Quaint oldie-worldie feeling in the middle of NYC
Disadvantages: A bit average - average sights, average shops, average facilities

It’s not that bad really (you can tell that from the star rating alone) but it was no where wonderful as she and the New York Tourist Board make out, even if it is free. ...Address : South Street Seaport South Street (duh!) New York Nearest subway is Fulton Street which is only and short walk away, and is served by lines 2,3,4,5,J,Z and M. Bus M15 is also a good option, leading from 2nd Avenue down to the centre of the Seaport. If you're driving (and just why, may I ask, are you?) you need to head for FDR drive which bisects the area, leaving you smack bang whallop in the middle. There are over 3000 car parking spaces ... So, instead of getting the free ferry to see the statue of liberty, we paid and took the ferry via statue of liberty to Ellis Island. The island has a museum with several exhibitions/sections all about the history from how imigrants got here to how new words came into the language and where they came from. The museum is full of exhibits and so you don't ...

This would be great to watch before seeing the rest of the museum however we had to watch it just before we left the museum but it was well worth watching and this is the one bit I'd recommend.
