...friendly without being overly familiar. Our room was cleaned every day by the time we returned and the doorstaff were always on hand to help flag a taxi. So was it worth it? Absolutely. We'd go back to the Giraffe in a flash - it's a great little hotel. ... Read review

Great value hotel right in the heart of Manhattan,at 147 West 43rd St, New York. Just off Times Square but more a quiet oasis than bustling metropolis. Extremely well run. Totally themed out in Morroccan style (mosiac tiling and palms throughout) its actually pretty authentic. Owner and staff are all North African or at least second generation. ...twice winter and summer , hilton hotel was in summer for four days i took my my 14 year old girl with me, she was so impreesed with hotel lobby she wanted to stay all day in lobby people watching ,ifelt like million dollers did not matter my clothes at lower end of market the whole decor of place like palace; never seen a bed as big as this ;four phones in room and 1 in toilet mind you it was very formal room big bed large desk with green leather ...
