Nice Hotels

Advantages: Every advantage a hotel could have
Disadvantages: none!

For me, Nice was just the airport or gateway to the world of Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat, and off course, the stunning Monte Carlo. Advantages: Nice hotel, friendly staff
Disadvantages: Expenisve, not much storage space in room

...France. We stayed in a Radisson SAS in Amsterdam several years ago but other than remembering that it was a positive experience I don't remember a lot about it so I can't really compare the two. I was looking forward to staying in the hotel and I was pleased it was only 10-15 minutes away from the airport by taxi. My dad booked the hotel (along with the flights) online and he also booked out taxi so it was there waiting to pick us up at the airport. ...
...bed lit up in the Radisson colours. This was quite nice but it wasn't light enough to make a difference through the day and it was too bright at night to sleep with it on. This was a shame as the room was pitch black at night (due to the thick curtains) and it was difficult to find the way to the bathroom. Disadvantages: On main promenade so can be a bit noisy

The hotel is a Le Meridian so all the usual services are available - excellent restaurant, spacious lounges, well appointed bedrooms etc. The features which make this hotel stand out are the roof top swimming pool and balconies, together with a roof top restaurant where you can eat in the open air and watch the sun set at the same time. Advantages: Huge Rooms and the best of the best service
Disadvantages: Expensive

I won this trip through my local radio station POWER FM. and just as well it was all free as for 1 room which was basic by their standards and LUXURY by mine!!! was £290 a night! everything in the bathroom was marble and everything in the bedroom satin. The beach has its own private pool ehich looked good although we went in January so bit cold to don the bikini!!!! The minute we arrived at the hotel we had a porter bring our suitcase to the room ...
