First time I arrived in Centenial Terminal and was impressed. I flew in on Phil Air. Was greeted by helpful staff, although I had to call my wife to find out where she was. I had to buy a phonecard. Luckily I had some Pesos given by a friend, otherwise I would have had to buy an airport phonecard at 500pesos for use only in the airport phones.
On departure you have to line up outside whichever terminal you are flying from. Can be long and hot. Then once inside you have to pay 750 departure tax. I don't know where it goes, but it is a little steep in my opinion.
Airport facilities are mediocre, but it is a developing country. I didn't expect to find starbucks or a Yahoo internet lounge.
Warning, always book a taxi in the transport office, don't flag one or be ripped off.
