The website for this hotel is very decieving. It looks like a lovely castle with great facilities. Upon looking at the hotel website decided to book. It was actually quite expensive for a double room. Upon arrival we had to que for 3/4 of an hour to check in. Once we got to out room all you could hear was commotion in the corridors about the state of the rooms. Then had 2 que for another half hour to complain! Staff unfriendly some seemed very young. Bed linen dirty room not up to standard. TV didn't work Asked 6 times in one night for then to look at it. Booked in for 2 nights didn't bother with the second. Big dissapointment. If you are looking for a pleasant weekend do not stay here. Seems the staff are so used to complaints they have no time for you at all. The bar to the end of the hotel is closed down. Th ehotel overal is in a very poor state.
