I have been travelling on these trains for some time now and I doubt there has been one journey which has been comfortable. I normally travel in the North East, and the trains there are in need of either refurbishment or just get new trains. They are so noisy, and move everywhere. And at the money we passengers are forced to pay, i think we deserve better, I normally only go about 1.5 hours on them but that is enough. And I do not believe that they just use these trains because it is shorter distances, because when I lived in Scotland, and used to do the same length of journey, we had fantastic trains. So c'mon Northern Spirit, let the passengers travel in comfort, or they may just take to the buses.
