This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
The rooms were very clean and in great condition with all the usual extras available- mini bar, tea and coffee making faclities, complimentary shampoos etc., TV.
The highlight of my stay at the hotel was the amazing breakfast....anything you could possibly want and no choosing between continental and full english- you could have it all! The hot breakfast included eggs (scrambled and fried), bacon (streaky and back) sausages (proper ones not cheap rubbish), beans, fried bread, mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh toast, all cooked to perfection. Then there was a choice of pastries and croissants that you could heat up yourself on a little grill with a conveyer belt (!) and have with any jam or honey. THEN there was a choice of cereals, dried fruits and selection of yoghurts (Muller Fruit Corners included!) and finally a selection of fresh fruits (not tinned). And of course there was fresh coffee, tea and fruit juices. I think I have put my point across!
I'm having trouble thinking of bad points for the hotel, the staff were great too. I think maybe the only small issue was other people getting their cars out of the below-ground car-park when leaving as they had to get a ticket from the reception desk and then use it within a certain amount of time otherwise they would have to go back and get another one. This isn't really a problem though unless you spend ages chatting to people in reception after getting your exit card!
This was helpful, a little more information would be needed to make it very helpful in my opinion. Location, how to get there, what you paid, what is nearby, what other faciltiies the hotel offers, stuff like that? If you re-write, please let me know and I would be happy to re-rate. Cheers, Andy
