getting some direction. There were 4 people in the queue for checking out, they were dealt with extremely quickly. My turn came, and I paid. I needed directions to a cargo area on the airport, they found a map for me, and highlighted the best route to get there (it was spot on ) My bill was good, with no errors, which is always nice!

This is an excellent clean and modern hotel with a terrific location and affordable rates.
Firstly, the location is just a few blocks from both the Central Station and the Grand Place; the main tourist trap of the capital.
This saved time and money as I was able to begin my Brussels adventures just about immediately after arrival into the city.
Most of the main sights in Brussels are within walking distance; such as Grande place, Mannekan and Jannekan pis and many city museums...and since everything leads back to the Grand Place, you can easily drop in to dump stuff in your room or take a quick break from sightseeing , shopping, culture and dining.
I was able to get a good 'city break' rate of 72 Euros per night with breakfast, pre-paid.
The staff were very helpful during check-in considering the hotel was being renovated ...

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Warsaw city centre and has recently been refurbished. I don't know what it was like before but it's really plush now - everything is tiled and has a silver theme throughout. It has two glass elevators which look out onto the city centre - they give spectacular views (especially at night when everything is lit up!) The rooms are adequate size for a family of four (two adults and two children), there's on double bed and two single 'put-up' beds.
