There is a coffee shop and a newsagent and plenty of casual seating in the lobby. The rooms are of medium size and are kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. They are decorated in light pastel colors and is simply, but comfortably furnished. The Le Jardin De Heliopo Restaurant serves Egypt and French cuisine. The La Primavera serves the finest Italian cuisine. The restaurants are located at the rear of the reception, overlooking the sun terrace and the swimming pool.
