You're waited on hand and foot (well not literally but the service is pretty good!) If you need anything, just ask at reception and it's done pretty much instantly, or they take care of it while you're out and when you go back to your room - it's done!
** Location **
As i said before, the hotel is loacted 5km from the citycentre so it's quite a way out but there's a bus stop right on the doorstep with rock bottom prices and if you have a hire car, it's not a problem anyway because you can easily find somewhere to park in the centre.
** Prices **
There are two Novotel's in Warsaw, one in the centre and this one. The one in the centre is more expensive so this one's the one...

Advantages: clean, tidy, good service and price Disadvantages: need a taxi to get into town
...by taxi in the evening to get into Gent. During the daytime there are plenty of buses. We paid around £8 for a taxi for 4 of us to get into Gent.

I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Belgium as it is central and the town of Gent is very nice. Bruges is not too far away either and is a lovely historic town. It is out of town, so be prepared to travel to get to town.
As a base to stay whilst visting various Christmas markets around the area it is great, friendly and reasonably cheap...

...Having stayed in several Novotel hotels over the past couple of years, my stay in the Novotel in Birmingham January this year was pretty much the same old same old.
The birmingham novotel is situated within a very short walking distance to the convention centre and the nearby theatre areas so no need to get a taxi even to go out as it is on your doorstep. The citycentre shops are again within about a 10 minute walk, taking in the art museum on the way and the cascading fountains outside the museum.
It is fairly easy to get to and is signposted on the last roundabout. There is parking underneath the hotel and is free for guests, another bonus for guests wishing to take in the shops as you dont need to pay extortionate parking fees elsewhere.
The rooms were very clean and well equipped with ample towels & toiletries. Beds were same...
