    A few weeks ago I had to attend a weeklong meeting in Gothenburg, which was being held at the four star Novotel hotel in the city. Getting to the Hotel The hotel is located just outside the main city centre. Gothenburg is a busy shipping port and the hotel is located on the waterfront overlooking the port. On arrival at Gothenburg Landvetter airport we took a taxi direct to the hotel, which took around 40 minutes and cost 500 Kr, roughly £50.
