The cost was £79 for a twin en-suite including full english breakfast for two which I thought was very reasonable.
Upon arrival we were very impressed with the exterior and interior of the hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
The hotel has a panoramic lift which if you take up the the sixteen floor has wonderful views ... .../>
The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We ordered room service for Saturday supper which was brought up promptly, average cost of a meal was £13 and the food was superb. Menu offers a good choice on British and International cusine.
The next morning breakfast was buffet style in the main restaurant, again the food was very good, plenty of choice and you could help ... more

The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We ordered room service for Saturday supper which was brought up promptly, average cost of a meal was £13 and the food was superb. Menu offers a good choice on British and International cusine.
The next morning breakfast was buffet style in the main restaurant, again the food was very good, plenty of choice and you could help yourself as many times as you wished! We hardly ate for the rest of the day.
All in all I would definately reccommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break in a four star hotel in London that doesn't cost the earth.
I took a lot of searching on the Internet to find this hotel, and I must say that at furst, I was put of by the price, but after staying there, I can say that it was the right choice. Located in central London, this hotel offers a wide variety of facilities, with the rooms being more than large, including and en-suite, and double beds. Advantages: Excellent location, very reasonably priced, high quality of service, cleanliness & efficiency. Easy to book online. Disadvantages: Temperature control in room (we were very hot), drinks prices in bar a little steep even for central London.
...liking so we had to sleep with the window open as we could find no temperature control/air-con. Overall great stay . We would definitely use the Novotel again when travelling to London.It has a special place in our hearts as our son was consumated in this hotel.nudge nudge wink wink. ...
