I had heard about crème de la mer in the press & looked at the price & thought how ridiculously overpriced. Even though I was intrigued I thought there's no way I can justify spending that much. However things were about to change - fast forward to 3 years later & I have had the worst skin problems with spots & scarring - they seemed never ending & I was beginning to get fed up of always having horrible skin. Then one day complaining to a friend she recommended using crème de la mer. She has been using it for about 5 years & has the most amazing skin - so off I went to Selfridges & got the 30ml pot - I thought I don't want to splash out too much so I thought I'll use this size to try it out. First the details: I am 31yrs old, started using skincare products when I was 19.Have tried almost All the available brands on the market. My Skin: Is oily and prone to adult acne break outs. I am always trying to find the right cleanser and moisturiser combo, as I know oily skin is often made worse by not using the correct moisturizer. The beginning of this year my skin changed from all over oily, to extremely dry (and Flaky) spots and a Very oily T-Zone. Lunch on the Sea?

Much as we enjoy having lunch at Coco's in Marmion Road, Southsea, sometimes you feel like a change. My son had had dinner once recently with his partner's family at Sur La Mer in Palmerston Road, and they had liked it so much that they went back again soon after. When I lived in Havant I sometimes chatted to an elderly gentleman at the bus stop who went to have lunch there every Friday, so I wondered what all the fuss was about. This particular Saturday I had suggested going to the Slug and Lettuce, but it was absolutely packed out at about 1.30pm, so it seemed to make sense to try Sur La Mer, just across the road.
