Oneills, basically I go to Oneills every weekend, most people only see Oneills as a bar, but the particular one here in Watford has a music room, and it totally rocks, it always gets packed, and no matter what on a Friday and Saturday night you can always guarentee their will be a que outside.
On a Saturday night Oneills have a top quality DJ called Tricky he is awsome, he certainly knows how to raise the roof, and get people drinking. Theirs a few songs that he has changed some of the words to, to make them slightly more intresting, and everbody just knows the words.
Its kind of like a club to me and my mates, and we have noticed that the same crowd always congress down their week in and week out, but so many people are going back, which just shows its a quality place to go.
on a Friday night they have two DJ's and the theme is more on the 70's 80's and 90's music with some of today's but saying that it plays all the sort of music you can dance to.
Oneills being an Irish Bar celebrates St Patricks Night, ive heard those nights are pretty good, but ive not actually been up their on St Patricks day, but im hopeing to next year.
I think when most of you think of Watford you probably think of the nightclub DESTINY (previous names - KUDOS - TOP RANK - TIFFANY'S - PARADISE LOSS -) I used to go to Destiny, but in my Opinion although Oneills is smaller, and may not hold as many people its certainly far better then Destiny.
Average drinks price,
Bottles such as Smirnoff Ice or anyother bottled drink - £2.80 - £3.00 Coke a cola - £1.20 Archers and Orange - £2.75 Draught beer - £2.50
Another great thing is if you happen to be up their on a mates Birthday and its a saturday night U can get the DJ to announce it other the microphone.
Almost every saturday when im up their you can always expect their to be a Hen Party in their, it seems that Oneils is the place to go.
As for meeting point why not select the LLoyds One bar which is situated next door.
Oneils situated up the top end of Watford town, near Sainsbury's and Icelands.
Oneills Music Room open Friday and Saturday's 9pm-1am. Free entrance before 10pm £3.00 anytime after. Cloak room £1
Not to far from Oneills is McDonalds which is open till 2am so your bound to want to go their, just dont walk the other way and fall in the pond.

Living in Ruislip I've wondered what Lloyds is like - I'm a bit of a 'Moons' regular. This op is under Madrid tho' and could be confusing for some. Never mind - I made and still make a few mis-postings. Take care and see you around, Julie.
