people so the prices seem to shoot up from Sunday to Thursday. We were staying Friday and Saturday nights and I booked through Expedia where it cost £68 per room per night. However, my parents came down and stayed in the same hotel on the Sunday night and it cost them over $200 for the room. We had paid for a standard king sized bed room (although we were upgraded) and my parents had two doubles in their room.
CHECKING IN:
My flight had been delayed from New York to Boston and Mr Tart, who was travelling up separately, got there before me. He couldn?t check in as the room was booked in my name. However, they were very nice and let him leave his luggage while he came to the airport to meet a very stressed me (7 hours in Newark airport will do that!). When we got to the hotel check in was easy and there was a lovely girl on the desk ...
Advantages: Excellent dollar rate, laid back city Disadvantages: Spent too much shopping and did not get to see the famous New England Fall trees!
About a month ago now, my partner Paul and l headed off for a short break to Boston, Massachusetts, from 2nd December until 7th December.
We flew from Belfast City airport with BMI – at a cost of around £80 per person return, flying on to from London Heathrow with United Airlines to Washington Dulles then to Boston’s Logan International airport. This cost approximately £550 for 2 adults.
Now we flew with United for one simple reason – United are Star Alliance members – we could have flown direct to Boston with the likes of British Airways or Virgin Atlantic – but we would not have gained air miles and membership miles (l know its sad!)
The overall flight took from 8.55am and we arrived into Boston around 2pm (-5 GMT). So it was just over 10 hours – a direct flight would take over 7 hours ...

in the pink colors and there was a toilet, tub shower and one sink. There were amenities that were made from coconut oil.
Every morning a free Boston Herald was left outside my bedroom door.
I ate at the Hotel three times. The first night I ordered room service. The other two times I had breakfast at The Theater Café.
I didn't have time to see the other Restaurant or use any of the other things in the Hotel, (the swimming pool, the Fitness Center or the Stuart Street Playhouse that shows off Broadway Musicals).
The Hotel seemed very clean to me and the Staff I came in contact with were very helpful.

I'm like lightening when I shop and go through a shop in a minute. I only stay if I see something I want to buy. Thank goodness my Husband wasn't with me because he has to touch everything in a Store ...
