This Center Parcs is situated in the most beautiful scenery in the U.K. However in comparison to thr Parcs in France and Holland we found it to be shabby and the staff were poorly trained. The pool area was to cold to use during most of our week long stay. The restaurants were too busy some nights and on other nights the staff cleaned up around us at 10.30pm! Our lodge was in dire need of refurbishment with holes in the sofa and graffitti on the dining table.One bed was broken and there was mould in the bathroom cupboard. New Year's Eve we ate at one of the restaurants, the service was appalling and there was a total lack of atmosphere. All in all we will not be returning in a hurry!
