When you go to Birmingham, the Odeon is the most centrally located cinema and therefore the most popular. It's situated on New Street, where many bus routes travel through and indeed there are many bus stops right outside. The Cinema itself has recently had a major refurbishment and the foyer area looks a lot better now. It used to be quite dingy but now it is well lit and has a much classier look to it. However, the rest of the cinema is somehwat dingy looking and all to often it is packed with screaming kids who seem intent on spoiling the film. It does seem quite pricey aswell. They do have a fair few sceens though and they do show most major releases and some minor releases. The facilities are usually clean but I can't help but feel that the whole place needs another major overhaul. Probably worth a visit though.
