Advantages: Excellent french food Disadvantages: price
...I have been to Le Colombier a number of times over the last years and every time the food has been excellent. The restaurant is run and owned by "Didier" who also us manage the Brasserie St. Quentin on Brompton Road. The food is quite similar to that of a typical brasserie in paris. Starters include foie gras, crab salad, oysters, grilled goats cheese, onion soup all of which are excellent. For the main course there are a range of grilled fish and meats. I have always particularily enjoyed the grilled filet steak with suace bernaise and french fries - absoltely mouth watering!! For desert I can highly recommend the creme bruleé. The wine menu is also very extensive and caters for all tastes.
All in all I can recommend Le Colombier to anyone who wants to have a good french meal in comfortable and not to loud sorroundings. One thing which...

...An amphitheatrical stage set turned towardsthe sea, crowned with medieval walls and towers. And the tall, slenderarches of the Aqueduct. Lovely old houses and stone-paved streets. Alongside, the Aegean, a siren casting spells over the rocks and sands. Neapolis,Christoupoli, Kavala - the ancient, Byzantine and modern names for thecity. In the Museum’s display cases, objects tell the tale of Dikili Tas,Amphipolis, Neapolis, Oisyme. And yesterday becomes tangible.

Today is allthe small pleasures that make holidays live throughout the year. Stop anywhereyou want. Kavala, Palio, Nea Peramos, Kalamitsa, Nea Heraklitsa, Keramotiare all awaiting you, right next to the sea....

Advantages: Quiet, Friendly People, Gorgeous restaurants Disadvantages: not much to do in the day, can be quite boring
...I found both places to be fantastic for chilling out and relaxing but for the night life you have defiantely got to go to Correlejo. I wouldn't say it a place for 18 - 21 years old because I am 24 and was getting a little bored by the end of the two weeks. If you want to go somewhere to relax and look at beautiful surroundings go on the camel ride in Jandia. I don't like camels but the sights were fantastic. All the locals I met were friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definately be going back to Fueteventura, to either resort!!
For a fantastic meal I would recommend Poco Loco in Correlejo. It is a open grill restaurant and the food is fantastic, the staff are great and the atmosphere just sets the night off....
