Old Golf House Corus Hotel, Huddersfield

...of the Welcombe Hotel. Both individual and corporate membership are available and both Gentleman and Lady golfers are welcome. There's a club house with a little pro shop, bar and restaurant attached and you can hire your buggy there. I don't play golf myself but on a course like this I'd give it a try next time! The hotel also holds 12 banqueting and meeting rooms for corporate or private events of all kinds - weddings, birthday parties, meetings etc. Give it a try when you're travelling to Stratford-upon-Avon or just fancy a country break!! ...Lochside House Hotel Located in the western Ayrshire, ¾ distance on A76 from Cumnock to New Cumnock lies the family hotel Lochside. As the name says, it's in the vicinity of two lakes, one of them Loch of the Lowes. This hotel is owned by the Kyle family, who have purchased the property almost 10 years ago when it was in the state of a more or less ruined old farmhouse and they have advanced and refusbished it into a 3-star hotel which has to offer much more than just bed and breakfast. I have worked in this hotel but it wouldn't be fair to tell you the Kyles' knowhow, now would it? I always thought it must be a pleasure to stay at Lochside as the service as well as staff was always brilliant, rooms well furnished and properly cleaned, menu vast and lots to choose from, also I've seen many guests coming back and a number... ...Hi well well well. Here we are a the home of golf herself, St.Andrews. In the east of Scotland, Fife there lies a 8 18 hole golf resort with a five shar hotel. Well does it get much better than this, well yes. Its all good talking about this resort but you cant judge a place without going there. When you walk over the magical bridge on the 18th on the old course there isnt much of a better feeling than that.The course is always in tip top condition and thats all 8 courses. The hotel aint bad either. 5 star luxery is what you recieve here and you definatly wont be dissapointed. For none golfer there is also a spar to keep ou busy. So take a nice holiday to scotland and go to the fabolous st.Andrews!... Read review
