Your intro to the review is a bit a medley of Montreal and not of the old Montréal. There is no underground in Old Montréal, and get the fact right on who name Old Montreal. It's a Montrealer who name it and The Maire Jean Drapeau was the first politician to use it.
This comment "a super place to brutally injure your ankle on old cobble roadways" that is only if you wear High HEELS. No montrealer would go walk in the old part of Montreal in high Heel, even hotel recommend to their guest to wear sensible shoes going there.
Another point to that I have a small problem with your review is that comment "It was built as a fortification really, to keep the Brits out"
It's only partially true; it was mostly to keep the Indians out. Apart from that the rest of the review you made is good.
