Walking Among Ghosts in Santa Fe Style

Advantages: Beautiful small city in a dramatic desert and mountain landscape
Disadvantages: Expensive and somewhat pretentious, having lost the laid-back attitude of the past

the residents of what was already a splendid old community. Unable to afford the higher rents and property taxes or unable to resist the windfalls brought by selling their native-style adobe homes, older residents yielded to new at an astonishing rate. In a Southwestern version of gentrification, established working-class Hispanic and Anglo neighborhoods have been given over almost completely to upper middle class newcomers--and new estates for the wealthy now dot the city's northern outskirts. Almost simultaneously, the eclectic, imminently practical collections of Indian crafts, miscellaneous rugs and blankets, and odds-and-ends furnishings with Spanish or Indian motifs have given way to the practiced and artificial requirements of "Santa Fe style." Santa Fe - The New Mexican Experience

Advantages: Positive, welcoming atmosphere. Delicious Food
Disadvantages: Overcrowding on Saturday nights

We chose to go into Reading on a Saturday night planning to eat around 9pm so we were expecting things to be reasonably busy. There are a total of several other Santa Fe restaurants located across the country, others placed within Birmingham, Bluewater, Nottingham and Portsmouth and although each venue is supposed to be slightly different in style and décor they are quoted as offering the same levels of service ...

My Santa Fe

Advantages: Comfortable ,Great Vision
Disadvantages: petrol consumption

Hyundai Santa Fe----2.4 CDX (petrol) Now you wonder why would I go for a 4x4 well try spending a winter in Livingston then you will see. Last January we had some major snow fall and because I work in Edinburgh I tend to drive in. Well I had a Hyundai Coupe and let me tell you that car did not like the snow . Looked out my window in the morning and the snow was about 6/7 inch deep. Tried to get it out of the street with no luck so had to take the day off work. That's when I decided I would get the 4x4. I went to my local Hyundai dealer as they have provided me with excellent service in the past and explained to them my dilemma. They suggested the 4x4 Santa Fe. So took it out for a spin and loved it straight away it got off it's mark quick enough this is important for me as I stay in a place with lots of roundabouts so pick off ...
