Scandic KNA, great hotel
Advantages: Great Interior, Romms comfortable, Staff V healpful
Disadvantages: 15-20 min walk from bus terminal
We booked this through lastminute.com after searching for hours for hotels on internet, and what a great choice! The hotel itself is well decorated think it has recently been refurbished with great facilities. It has free internet access in the reception area, buffet breakfast has everythin cereal, all 3 types of milk, bread, cheese, salami, fruit, tea, coffee. ...didnt eat in there, the prices were in keeping with the rest of Norway!! The night we arrived it appeared that one of the function rooms had been hired so there were alot of people around, however the lifts and stairs cannot be used without a key card which ensures people not staying at the hotel cannot go up to the rooms. disaster
Advantages: the location in the centre of the town
Disadvantages: all less the location

When we arrived, the first day ,the walls,the courtains were dirty,the room floor was dirty and sticky but we were looked forward to know Norway and we didn´t value great significance.
But in other wise, the parking is a place to manure, and not so cheaper .The last day we return very tired from make Norway in a nutshell, and when arrived to our room, the beds were undone, the room like in the previous morning, ¡IT WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE ...

Advantages: Very central location, ideal for public transport and exploring the city
Disadvantages: Can be noisy as it is so near the main station

Norlandia Oslo Airport Hotel
Advantages: Breakfast was ok
Disadvantages: not close to the airport, small rooms, smelled funny, shower doors broken
...We chose the Norlandia hotel since it was called ‘Norlandia Oslo Airport Hotel’ and therefore thought it was a good choice since it was close to the airport. This was where my first gripe with the hotel came from.. once we had arrived we had to take a shuttle bus to get to the hotel, this cost us 60kr each one way (around £6) The airport is infact not so close to the hotel and took a 10 minute bus ride! In the morning we had to take the bus again, ...

The only serious choice
Advantages: Position, great staff, facilities, access, communications.
Disadvantages: Can't think fo one right now.

Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen is 8 minutes by "flybus" to Gardermoen. The bus costs 60 Norwegian krones each way. It took me LESS THAN A MINUTE to get from my ground floor room to the bus top for the "flybus". Buses are frequent and with Gardermoen airport (OSL) being a well run, organised airport, as long as YOU are organised and use the electronic check in machines as you enter the terminal, you can drop of your luggage ...

Great staff, no aircraft noise, great facilities, 8 minutes from the airport. There's really no competition. The hotel keeps on expanding but just gets bigger conferences booking themselves in there and has to make plans to expand again. The sign of a product that's more than competing!
