The room I stayed in was a lovely size, with views over the city and down onto the courtyard. All rooms have an En-suite marble bathroom with bath and shower, as well as air-conditioning, television, telephone, safe, wireless internet connection, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities and trouser press.
The drinks in the hotel bar are the same price as most of the places i had visited in Bruges, so there is very little competition for your money, as you are most likely to pay the same price for your drinks in your hotel as you are in the bar across the road it means you can sit in the hotel lounge with your drink and not worry about spending a fortune.
One distinguished feature of the hotel is the gorgeous curved stairwell, which when looking up from the bottom, has a gorgeous stained glass window at the top.
This hotel is also family friendly, with several families staying there while i was there.
There is plenty to do in the city of Bruges, like a horse and carriage ride around the city, or a trip down the canals, walking to the top of the Belfry or just shopping.
This is ideal for anyone who wants to get away for any reason, whether it be a romantic weekend away, to visit a city steeped in history or someone who just wants to fill up on Belgium Chocolates! Here you have it all, the history, the food and most of all (for women everywhere) the shops!
