April, this year I was asked to go on a cruise for a holiday. I have never been on a cruise so I didn't really know what to expect. But I can assure you, once you've been on a P&OCruise holiday you won't want to go on any other holiday again. Our holiday lasted for 3 weeks where we went to the Carribean Islands. The staff treat you like royalty, and there is so much to do when you are on sea. And you don't even get Sea Sick! The best part was visiting the Islands and dressing up for dinner in the evenings. A brilliant 10 out of 10 on the floating palace of a lifetime, THE ORIANA!

I agree with all you have said in your op - I just wanted to hear much, much more! I too went on the Oriana in April to celebrate my 25th anniversary and it was the holiday of a lifetime (We went to the Canaries instead of the Caribbean and only for 2 weeks). Mike

Advantages: Relaxing travel, good price, If you want a cruising taster a good option Disadvantages: Expensive onboard food, innacurate cabin, transfer bus confusion.
