A similar experiance happened to me (http://www.uk.ciao.com/reviews/5278542.html), and I thought it was discusting. I went with about 16/17 mates to Failiraki, we booked last year before that Reps program air'd. That was my first holiday without mum'n'dad. To save time, i'll just allow you to read a letter I wrote to them (this'll explain the situation)
"When booking with 18-30, my expectations were not of luxury. They were of a semi-cheap holiday with my friends, and having a laugh. This is exactly what I got. I did enjoy the €260 '14 day gig pass' Even though this was not received 'till the fourth night and I was not offered a discount !!
However, there was one incident, or series of incidents that I find unacceptable and costly.
During my stay, on several occasions, bottles were left outside my door (normally only 4/5 and sometimes 10/20). This was done by various people staying in the hotel, and I accepted it as a laugh. However, when a group of people left, they decided to put Shaving Foam all over the door. Club Reps and myself all were amused by the joke. I explained to the cleaning ladies of the hotel that I had nothing to do with it and asked them very politely if they would mind cleaning it up. They gave a look of disgust and only cleaned up the bottles, leaving the shaving foam to dry and solidify on the door. On the second to last day, one of the members of staff on the hotel, told me to clean the door of all the foam. I refused and argued, that they new I did not make the mess, but all they would say is "Its your room, it's your responsibility". Soon, another member of staff came down, I was quite friendly with him, so I thought he would understand. I asked him "If I spray every door in the hotel, does each person have to clean their own door?", "No, if you spray every door, I will chuck you in the pool and kick your ass" was the response. Eventually I decided to give in, and at 6 in the morning, spent an hour scrubbing as hard as I can. I was very upset about this, and the following morning explained to Brian, a Club 18-30 Rep the whole situation. He was very sympathetic and told me that he would deal with the problem. The whole day went by and not as much as a verbal apology was made. The Rep then, at night asked to speak to me, and told me that I would have to pay the sum of €50 for the broken door. I found this outrageous, not only would I have to pay for it. After a long discussion with the rep, I asked him "What if I simply do not pay". I was told that I could be arrested by the police and therefore miss my flight. I called my father to explain the situation, and he told me to just pay it, and deal with it when we get back. I was not going to wait for the Reps, as I had been doing that all holiday, so we went to the ATM, got the cash, got some food, and came back. I paid the cash, asking for the receipt, and continued with what was left of my holiday. I was promised that I would see the rep before I left the hotel. I saw a whole group of them at the airport, but not the one I had been dealing with, and was not going to get into the arguments an hour before my flight with someone who has not been involved in the situation."
I also asked for the money back, or i'll be taking them to small-clames court. They told me, bassicly, "Your room, your door, your responcibility", I await there BS reply.
This also does not mention one of the group who broke her leg.
